Performing a Partial Download

Batches
Be sure to settle any open batches before performing the download.

US Terminal Instructions

  • Press the silver Home key
  • Enter in the Admin password and press the green OK key.
  • Using the arrows scroll down to Tetra Admin and press the green OK key. If you do not have the password, please reach out to the Helcim team to provide it for you.
  • Press [1] for Download Application
  • Press [2] for Start Download
  • Press the green OK key at "Enter Package Name" screen.

Canadian Terminal Instructions

  1. Press the .,#* Key
  2. Select Maintenance
  3. Select Download
  4. Select Setup

If a Desk Series terminal:

  • Select [Ethernet]


Dial vs Ethernet
Even though dial is listed here, this family of terminals will not download over dial up connections. Please do not select Dial on this screen for any reason.



If a Move Series terminal: The Move series screen is slightly different than pictured here. Options are Ethernet, Mobile Data, and Wi-Fi.

  • Select Ethernet if the customer is using the terminal with the Bluetooth Base.
  • Select Wi-Fi if the customer is using the terminal without a base.
  1. Select On
  2. Verify the settings are correct:
  • Scroll using the touchscreen and tap to highlight the desired option. A keyboard will appear on the screen when applicable.

Primary URL/IP: termupdate.elavon.net Primary Port: 6443 TMS Identifier: Leave existing number unless noted otherwise.

If the specific parameter requires an edit, press the box to highlight it, enter the information using the keypad and/or onscreen keyboard and press Enter to save the input once complete.

Please leave the other parameters blank.

Once complete, Press the red Cancel key to return to the previous menu.

7.Select Start Download

Performing a Maintenance Download

  • Press the silver Home key
  • Enter in the Admin password and press the green OK key.
  • Using the arrows scroll down to Tetra Admin and press the green OK key. If you do not have the password, please reach out to the Helcim team to provide it for you.
  • Press 1 for Download Application.
  • Press 1 for Configure Download
  • Use the arrow keys to "Contract Number" and press the green OK key.
  • Press the yellow correction key to remove the existing number and enter the new Contract Number provided by the Helcim team and press the green OK key.
  • Press the red cancel key to go back.
  • Press 2 for Start Download.
  • Press the green OK key at "Enter Package Name" screen.
